Skirt 20

I have a project to attend to in Skirt 20, or 24 hour Skirt as I affectionately call it. It has navy blue paint on it and is torn up the back. I shouldn't have saved it, but I knew that I would need a good skirt to TCB in. I may add more wear and tear to it today, but that's ok, because I could live in this skirt... still.
